Our Angus/Wagyu cattle are raised on pastures on natural grasses and
are never administered antibiotics or growth hormones commonly used
to promote faster growth and weight gain.
We care about our cattle. This isn't just a job for us, it's a lifestyle. All handling is done using low stress techniques
to ensure that they remain calm and relaxed. This ensures great flavour,
tenderness and an enjoyable taste sensation for our customers.
Individual animal records are maintained to ensure that we can trace the
lifetime history of each animal so you can be assured that you know where
your beef comes from.
Sustainable grazing management techniques, including paddock rotations
are practiced to ensure a healthy vegetative cover. This is turn slows water
run off, allowing it to soak into the ground rather than run off and create
erosion and reduces invasive weed infestations. These techniques allow
us to provide high quality beef in harmony with environmental sustainability.
